23 days paid vacation per year plus your local public and bank holidays. We also close the office for Winter leave between Christmas and New Year.

Hiring process
Application
You apply online.
Review
We review and shortlist all applicants. You’ll be notified if you’re successful, and invited to schedule a screening call.
Intro call
You’ll meet with our Talent Acquisition team for a chat about your experience, the roles & our company culture. You may be sent a take home test dependent on your role.
Technical interview
For developer & engineering roles this may include a live coding challenge. Deep dive discussion about your expertise and qualifications.
Final stage & meet the team
Depending on the role, you may get the chance to either meet some of your wider team or one of the Co-Founders.
